Following this colorful meal plan will also give you glowing and beautiful skin. This is more of a detox diet plan as there is no refined oil, sugar, or processed food.

In this meal plan, I’m sharing three small meals and three large meals so there is no question of you being hungry.

Diet Plan Description:

Pre-Breakfast Ritual:

First, start your day with a lemon and chase drink. This is a power-packed, antioxidant-rich drink.

Chia seeds are among the most nutritious foods on the planet and starting your day with them would be an ideal choice for a healthy start. Chia seeds are loaded with fiber, protein, Omega three fatty acids along many other micronutrients. They also make you feel Fuller.

After this, go for a 30 to 40 minutes walk.


Now for breakfast, eat a bowl of mix seasonal fruits like mango, pomegranate seeds, and oranges. Feel free to use any fruit of your choice like sliced bananas, apples, etc. Make sure there is some color in your fruit bowl.

Mid Morning Ritual:

The addition of Kiwis would be an ideal choice for a double vitamin C boost for a mid-morning drink. You can also take a serving of fruit-infused water with basil seeds. Basil seeds keep your body cool and it is a great idea to add soaked basil seeds over your summer drinks. So to make this drink into a glass,

Add in four to five pineapple chunks/ mangoes chunks, two speak of Mint leaves, one tablespoon of pomegranate seeds, about one and a half to two cups of water, and then squeeze in half a lemon, adding two teaspoons soaked basil seeds, and give this a mix.

Basal seeds reduce body heat and are one of the best ingredients to use in summers. It is also rich in fiber and health in weight loss and weight management.


Moving on to lunch, eat 2 Cups Mixed Greens with 1 Cup of Other Veggies, Chopped, Dressed with 1 tbs Apple cider & Garnish with the beans, mint leaves & chopped red bell pepper. Try diced sweet potatoes, red cabbage, red bell peppers, cucumbers, red onions, and more.


Dinner is a bowl of chickpea salad with cucumbers. It’s a power-packed, nutrient-dense salad and will meet all the necessary nutritional requirements of the day. You can also use boiled red kidney beans or any legumes of your choice. This salad is not only filling but also has essential natural fats much needed for a healthy thyroid and weight loss.

Key Point:
